Defective or Not as Described Items
We're committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item or an item not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

We'll cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- Exclusions: Please note that we cannot accept returns of medical/health-related items.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund (minus any restocking fees) to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exclusions
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not qualify for a refund.
